Amanzada is an online retailer delivering nationwide across South Africa. We aim to provide a fast, secure, and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We use Bob Go as our shipping partner to facilitate delivery through trusted local courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times
Major city centres: 1-3 business days after dispatch
Outlying or regional areas: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only within South Africa.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Some couriers may require a physical address (no PO Boxes).

All parcels are shipped via Bob Go and its partner courier services. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, Amanzada Perfumes ZA is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit.
